Within & Beyond - group show

#selfiesculpture has arrived at The Grace Cossington-Smith Gallery (Abbotsleigh Wahroonga) for it's last hoorah.  It travelled home across the Nullumbor from Cottesloe and went straight to Abbotsleigh for a show of local Kuringai artists.After a good solid 4 hours of polishing by yours truly the show opened last Wednesday just as the infamous Sydney storms subsided.  Unfortunately the box had taken a battering and although still in one piece the electrics had died. The show goes on, as they say, and it is well worth a look. The school has organised a competition for the girls to see who can come with the most interesting #selfiesculpture.A frame artists proof of the image "Stop" (me meditating inside the box) is also on show and for sale. Within and BeyondThe Grace Cossington Smith GalleryAbotsleighApril 22- May 19, 2015
